This service is limited to Roblox OAuth login and dashboard access for the 104th Division. We keep data collection minimal and only use it to confirm group membership and protect sessions.
Data We Collect
- Roblox user ID and display name returned by Roblox OAuth.
- Discord user ID and username returned by Discord OAuth.
- Group membership status for Roblox group 5668908.
- Session cookie identifier to keep you signed in.
- Basic server logs (timestamp, route, and response status) for security and stability.
How We Use Data
- Confirm you are a member of the 104th Roblox group.
- Link your Discord account to your Roblox identity for access control.
- Maintain an authenticated session for dashboard access.
- Protect the service from abuse and troubleshoot issues.
Retention
Session data is stored in memory and expires automatically. Roblox + Discord link records are stored in the account database for access control. Server logs are short-term and used only for security monitoring and operational troubleshooting.
Third-Party Services
Roblox OAuth, Roblox group APIs, and Discord OAuth are used to authenticate and verify membership. Their data handling is governed by Roblox and Discord policies.
